Competition Bureau update

As we reported yesterday, representatives from the countries Boards and Associations voted Monday to approve amendments to the pillars of MLS® specific to the agency pillar and associated interpretations. These amendments have been communicated to members extensively over the last several months and can be read on Realtorlink.ca.

This vote, as well as the Competition Bureau’s response, has led to heightened media coverage over the last 24 hours. Unfortunately, some of this coverage contained a number of inaccuracies. CREA is actively responding to media enquiries and working to correct inaccuracies that have been reported.
